I run Windows XP SP2 fully updated, got all recent Adobe update, didn't install any software recently using Codec or so (I already got compatibility problem with Premiere with that before)... I guess this problem occur since my latest adobe update. Nothing is mentioned on Adobe or Windows homepage about that problem while using Premiere.

Since it's a runtime error, it has to be corrected by the manufacturer, there's nothing you can do. You should get in touch with Adobe and report it.
