Runtime Error!?

Everytime I start up my Microsoft 2000 computer, I receive this error message. It doesn't seem to affect us though...

Runtime Error!


Program: C:/WINNT/system32/dxdiags.exe





abnormal program termination"





Thats it! I think it might actually be slowing down the start-up process, but I'm not sure. I really hope someone can help!!
