i do i fix this problem? and my at%26amp;t yahoo self help wont start up, i also receive error, when i try to start it.
When i try to log on i recieve this message: runtime error c:\ program files \yop.exe?
Run an antivirus, and an antispyware program on it. That sounds like either a virus or spyware. Try uninstalling YIM, and then reinstall it.
