Norton Spyware Scan runtime error?

I recently started having runtime error problem with my norton sypware scanner tool. The error message I keep on getting is this when I try to launch the spyware scanner. " Runtime error program c:\programfiles\yahoo\nss\nss.exe


This application has requested the runtime to terminate in an unusual way. Please contact the applications's support team for more information"





Any suggestions.
