once , i had installed visual basic , when i visited most of the websites , i got VB runtime error , like you

but i use to connect to the net
with a system , not installed visual basic

ok listen fist u go to ur internet properties and u will see at the top of that window the word (PRIVICY) go in it and defult itz setting or this doesnt work than reinstall ur windows thats it
