If you can access their home page then try M/soft. If not then try going to XP (which is bad enough)
I am having trouble with MS VISTA, I keep getting an error message come up of visual C++ runtime error. help!!
Vista still has lots of flaws despite what Microsoft may say. It came out too early without enough testing just to compete with Apple. It will take years of updates to work out all the flaws. Same thing happened to XP (which I still like the best) All I can say is to contact Microsoft and see if they can help you. If not, there is always XP.
