when ever i try to run paintshop pro x2 it says runtime error microsoft visual c++, i got it to work once by selecting run as and my user account but then it stoped, i really need this working immeaditly so please help... thankyou in advanced

Try to reinstall it downloading the installation file from the site bellow:

Use an admin account to install it for all users.
