Runtime Error! DVgate Plus?

Everytime I try to start DVgate Plus I get a runtime error that looks like this...

Program: C:/Program Files/Sony?dvgateplus/DVPlus.exe





abnormal program termination








anyone know how to fix it? I can not uninstall and reinstall, because I do not have the software. It came on my computer, I don't have a cd to reinstall it with. Any help is great appreciated!!
